Thyme is the main herb used, as opposed to conventional Origanum, inspired by the Persian and Italian culinary influences. You are greeted by friendly, fast and attentive staff spear-headed by a management team with over 20 years’ experience in Food and Beverage.

Sofia's restaurant at Morgenster Wine & Olive Estate in Somerset West, is situated in a rustic cottage on the estate.
